Tracking:


All orders are fully trackable and you will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please do not contact us for tracking information as it will be sent to you automatically. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable amount of time after placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder or contact us for assistance.



Shipping to North America (U.S. and Canada):


While most of our products can be shipped to North America, please note that some may be subject to restricted shipping from our manufacturer. In order to avoid any potential delays or issues with your order, we strongly recommend contacting us to confirm the availability and shipping status of the products you are interested in before placing an order.

In the event that the product you have ordered is restricted from shipping to your location, we reserve the right to ship the product once the restriction is lifted, provided that we are not contacted before the order is placed.

 

Restricted Shipping:

Please note that if you place an order for a product with restricted shipping to your country, we will be unable to dispatch the item until the manufacturer's restriction is lifted. This may take several weeks or even months.

All orders placed for restricted shipping products are non-refundable. However, we are happy to accommodate an exchange for any product(s) of equal value upon your request.

Items on Pre Order:


If your order includes items on pre-order, they will be shipped as soon as possible upon their release date. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the whole order once all items are in stock, unless you request otherwise. Please note that the release date for pre-order items may vary and is subject to change.

Once a pre-order item has been shipped, it will be marked as shipped in your order status and tracking information will be sent to you automatically. Please note that the tracking information for pre-order items may not be available until the item has been shipped.
