Dispatching:

All deliveries are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days (except special periods, customers will be warned).

 

 

Standard Delivery:

The parcel are delivered within 7 - 10 business days, delays may vary depending on the local carrier of the customer.

 


Express Delivery:

Europe - Worldwide:

The parcel are delivered within 3 - 5 business days, delays may vary depending on the local carrier of the customer.

 

Tracking:

All the parcels are fully trackable.

After your order confirmation, you will receive a first automatic e-mail confirming it and then a second e-mail a little bit later with your tracking.

Please do not contact us for your tracking, it will be automatically sent to you.

 

Shipping to North America (U.S. and Canada):

Mostly all of our products can be shipped to North America but some have a restricted shipping from our manufacturer.

Items on Pre Order:
If you order contains items on pre order they will be sent as soon as possible at the release.
If your order contains items in stock and pre order, the in stock products may be sent firstly and then the pre order products will be shipped separatly at its release.
The products on pre order (as indicated on the product page when buying) are marked as shipped because they are deposited at the transporter warehouse.

When it’s sent, the tracking will be sent to you automatically.

 

Specials Periods:

Please be aware that by purchasing a Convention Exclusive item, you are confirming that you have been made aware that it may take up to 5 - 7 business days for your order to be dispatched due to the sheer volume of orders we receive during this event.

 


International Orders:


 
Your item may take a little longer to arrive than usual. We're experiencing delays due to limited flights and increased parcel volumes here in Australia.
 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on thresholds.
